We are softly open to finding a suitable rental property around mid-year 2027

While we are happy with our current rental overall, there have been some genuine* concerns that we don't feel free to discuss with the people involved. (* We are not difficult or unreasonable people). More issues may arise. While we are not definitely planning to move, issues have been building, including some today, and might deteriorate further. Here is your opportunity if you have a strong offer and want high-quality tenants. A good offer might tip us into moving.

We are softly open to finding a suitable property around mid-year 2027 with an owner/s and a property manager who will appreciate our good qualities. Ideally, we prefer a private rental for various reasons. We are looking for a 12-month lease and would ideally like to stay in the same place long term.

We are open to both private rentals and agent-managed rentals. If you are an owner using an agent, please be sure you have a good one who manages the property properly and efficiently, and does not alienate or mistreat your tenants. Over the years, we have met lovely real estate property managers, though we are wary of some.
